Agenda, RPCA restricted meeting, 10-12 April 2017
Published : April 2017
The restricted meeting RPCA brought together some 150 food security stakeholders from the region and West African partners at the OECD headquarters in Paris. The meeting was kicked off by a restricted group working towards a stronger and more dynamic Network. RPCA members validated the final results of the 2016-17 agricultural campaign and made recommendations to protect the most vulnerable populations. The AGIR Senior Experts’ meeting took stock of progress made in the implementation of national resilience priorities. Furthermore, participants discussed key findings from the mapping study, which identifies food & nutrition security and resilience interventions. This work will contribute to the political dialogue on strengthening synergies among resilience interventions for greater efficiency and impact.
