PREGEC meeting

From 23/06/22 to 24/06/22 - Praia, Cabo Verde

The restricted meeting of the regional food crisis management mechanism (PREGEC) in the Sahel and West Africa will be held from 23-24 June 2022 in Prai, Cabo Verde. This consultation, known as the restricted meeting of the PREGEC is the first to be organised for the 2022-2023 agropastoral season. It is a framework for exchanges on the preparations for the 2022-2023 agropastoral season and the updating of food and nutrition insecure areas in the CILSS/ECOWAS/UEMOA countries as well as the measures envisaged in favour of the vulnerable populations identified this year.
