Regional symposium - Securing agro-pastoral land

From 23/11/21 to 25/11/21 - N'Djamena, Chad

A regional symposium on agro-pastoral land tenure will take place from 23 to 25 November 2021 in N’djaména. The objective of this conference is to share national and regional experiences and analyses with actors concerned by the issue of agro-pastoral land tenure, particularly public institutions and professional livestock producers’ organisations, who often hold different positions on the issue. Above all, the conference should share work in progress and help to create knowledge about agro-pastoral land tenure that can serve as a matrix for future innovative texts concerning public policies for securing agro-pastoral land tenure, following the example of what is being developed by the Chad Pastoral Platform supported by PASTOR.
