2nd evaluation of the PREGEC Charter: Key messages and recommendations

The evaluation aimed to evaluate the pertinence and consistency of the response plans compared to the actual situation on the ground and to evaluate the effectiveness of governance structure of responses to
food and nutrition crises. The second evaluation of the PREGEC Charter was conducted by the Easy4Dev Bureau. It is based on a sample of case studies from seven countries: Burkina Faso, Chad, Gambia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria and Senegal.
