Developed as part of the implementation of the Humanitarian Development Nexus, the methodological guide for conducting diagnoses aims to provide countries with benchmarks for conducting inclusive diagnoses (ID) with a view to defining national roadmaps for the operationalisation of the HDP-N approach. Two preliminaries are essential for the start of the country processes: the designation of the focal institution by the government and the constitution of an inclusive group including all key stakeholders concerned by the HDP-N.
