Africa is considered to be the most vulnerable continent to climate change impacts due to the fragility of its economies. Prepared by the Sahel and West Africa Club Secretariat (SWAC/OECD) on the occasion of COP21, this first edition of the Maps & Facts series recalls, through a series of maps and graphics, some key facts about the climate, climate change and resilience in the Sahel and West Africa.
